boats sailing through the Oudezijds Kolk. It is rightfully called ‘The Venice of the North’.

But you can also come to us for a delicious cup of espresso coffee. Our coffee beans are from Ionia and we grind ‘on demand’. It doesn’t get any fresher.

We do breakfast
The kitchen is open from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM and we make delicious pancakes with organic chicken and bacon bought at the local butcher and fresh vegetables and fruit from the local market.
Be also surprised by the delicious toppings like cheesecake filling, pistachio crème, salted caramel and lemon curd.
What to think of a pancake with Greek yoghurt, fresh strawberries and blueberries?
Also the Granola is organic and super healthy with fresh strawberries, blueberries and unroasted nuts.
